BOARD & MINUTES

The Emerald Ski League is a registered nonprofit organization established in 2021 under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).  The ESL has filed Articles of Incorporation with the State of Oregon is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to support alpine race training and ski opportunities for high school athletes through community involvement, education, fundraising, and management.  The ESL operates under the Bylaws, adopted by the Board of Directors on November 22, 2021.
